Cancel

We accept order cancellations before the product is shiped. Once your order is canceled, we will refund the full order amount. If the product has already been shipped, we regret that we are unable to cancel the order.


Returns

Online purchases through FSPINK can be made within 30 days from the date of logistics receipt [referring to 30 days from 0:00 on the next day after logistics receipt (including statutory holidays)], provided that the goods are in good condition, with complete accessories, unwashed, unworn, and unprotected. Returns are supported on the premise that there is no human damage, no contamination, and the tags, wash marks, packaging, etc. are intact and do not affect secondary sales. If a transaction that has participated in the gift activity is returned or exchanged and the transaction cannot meet the original gift receiving conditions, the intact gifts (including packaging, tags and accessories, etc.) must be returned together with the return or exchange.

Note: The following conditions are not quality issues:

* Loose threads, burrs, thickness, touch, color differences due to monitor display differences do not constitute a quality problem
* Dissatisfaction due to style, color, personal preference change does not constitute a quality problem.
* Damage caused by use, washing, care, improper maintenance, self-repair, modification or other human factors does not constitute a quality problem
* Products that have been clearly marked as defective at the time of purchase do not constitute a quality problem and will not beaccepted for return.
*Please refer to our size chart to make the final decision on your purchase as our service team can only provide our advice. Returns due to size issues do not constitute a quality issue.
*Due to differences in design and style between items, there may be slight differences between different items of the same size. Please refer to the actual measurement.


Refund

Once we receive the return, FSPINK will take up to 3 business days to process the refund and notify you. You will be automatically refunded via your original payment method.

For PayPal account holders, transactions may take up to 3 business days to reflect in your PayPal account. Please note that the exact refund time depends on Paypal's official processing schedule.


Delayed or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund yet, please check your Paypal account again first.

Then contact the Paypal customer service for assistance. Refunds usually take 3-7 business days to process before they are issued. If you have completed all of these actions and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@fspink.com.


Exchange

The fastest way to ensure you get the item you need is to return the item you own and purchase the new item separately once the return is accepted. Please contact our support team at support@fspink.com to fulfill your exchange order.


Additional Information

Please note that FSPINK is not responsible for any delivery failure due to negligent behavior on the part of the customer. Negligence includes, but is not limited to, incorrect consignee information (e.g. order address, contact number or consignee name). In such cases, we are unable to claim a refund for you. If you find that your order information is incorrect, please contact us at support@fspink.com as soon as possible and provide your order number and correct information.



FAQ

Please be aware that unauthorized returns are not eligible for a refund or exchange. Customers are responsible for packages lost due to unauthorized returns or exchanges.

Please note that any returns to an address other than the address provided by FSPINK or the address on the original shipping package cannot be accepted and are not eligible for a refund or exchange.

Once you have returned your item via courier, please contact us via email and provide your tracking number and name of the courier. This step is crucial to ensure your refund or exchange is processed smoothly and quickly and to prevent any potential delays.

If you accidentally return a wrong item, please feel free to contact FSPINK support at support@fspink.com. We'll guide you through the necessary steps to resolve this issue immediately.

However, if you are returning a non-FSPINK product, please note that our warehouse will not be able to process the return or return the item to you. Non-FSPINK products received will be discarded without notice. Please note that FSPINK assumes no responsibility for the disposal of such non-FSPINK products. Please always make sure to only send FSPINK products to our warehouse to prevent any issues.
